This website is operated by ICET solely to advance its non-governmental, non-commercial human rights mission. Content published here — including news articles, reports, and resource listings — is provided for informational and advocacy purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice.

All original content on this site — including text, design, graphics, and layout — is the property of ICET or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may share, excerpt, or reproduce content for non-commercial educational or advocacy purposes provided you attribute ICET and link back to the original page. Content sourced from UN bodies, Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, and other third parties is reproduced under their respective terms and credited accordingly. Please consult those organisations' policies for reproduction rights over their material.

6. Donations

Donation transactions are processed by Stripe and PayPal and are governed by their respective terms of service. ICET does not process or store payment card data. Donations are used exclusively to fund ICET's advocacy, monitoring, and training activities. All donations are voluntary. ICET will issue acknowledgment of receipt upon request.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site or its content to:

  • Impersonate ICET or misrepresent affiliation with the organisation.
  • Harvest email addresses or other personal data.
  • Submit false, misleading, or abusive contact form messages.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its hosting infrastructure.
