The broadcast reports that a federal judge held the third-country removal policy unlawful, and that people facing removal must first be given meaningful notice.

The Coalition publishes this because a short broadcast reaches people a court document does not, and because someone who has just been told they are being moved is more likely to watch nineteen seconds than to read an opinion. That is the whole argument for carrying video at all.
